With a growing family, the client was looking to make the most of a redundant garage space by making it an important extension of their home. More than a simple garage conversion, the project involved making the most of a great vaulted ceiling, installing industrial detailing throughout, full insulation and the installation of large double doors and windows in keeping with the rest of the house. The external cedar cladding has taken this average garage space to a new level and really finished a beautiful, functional, flexible living space.
The space includes a home office, workout studio and play gym for three active kids. All of this is achieved whilst maintaining quality storage throughout. Minimal disruption and maximum benefit.
